Selling Process

Once you have decided to sell your property at auction, WillowMove and your Estate agent will handle the rest.

Our dedicated Portal will keep you up to date 24/7, through the process.

1.Pricing Strategy

Your dedicated WillowMove auction specialist will discuss a strategy around your property price ahead of listing.

A key part in any WillowMove auction is ensuring a suitable reserve price has been set that meets your needs and requirements.

Finally, we will discuss the starting price of your property to ensure we get maximum interest.

2.Pricing Strategy

Our dedicated auction specialist will complete ID checks with you and talk through a property questionnaire and the Auction Pack will be prepared.

Your estate agent will put together your property photographs and the required EPC, to ensure your property is ready to get everyones attention.

3.Pre-Auction Marketing

Once you are comfortable and ready, we will advertise your property with all our registered buyers, whilst we prepare the Auction Pack.

The longer sooner we can market your property, the more interest we can drive up ahead of auction.

4.Listing time

Our auction specialist will agree a ‘go live’ date with you and an ‘end date. Then the bidding can commence.

5.Bidding

Any one of our approved registered bidders can place a bid on your property. Once the timer has come to an end, a sale will be a agreed, providing the winning bidder has placed a big on or above your agreed reserve price.

6. SOLD

The buyer has 56 days from receipt of *draft contract to complete the purchase.

The buyer will have paid a reservation fee to reserve the property, which means they’re fully committed to the purchase.

7.Next Steps

Our Completions Team will be in touch to provide you access to your online portal. This will enable you to view each milestone every step of the way until the sale is completed, 24/7.

Our team will also update you every step of the way.

*Based on standard, freehold properties from the point the Draft Contract is issued.
