Fees Explained
Home Information Pack
The Buyer purchases the Home Information Pack for £349 inclusive of VAT. This fee is in addition to the Reservation Fee or the Reservation Deposit.
You must make sure that you have calculated these fees before bidding on a property.
Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
As the Buyer to reserve the property you have bid on, you will be required to pay a non-refundable Reservation Fee .
This will enable you to reserve the property exclusively for the reservation period. This fee will be used later to cover the Seller’s auction fees to the Listing Agent and Auctioneer.
It is important to note that the Reservation Fee will be taken into consideration when calculating the Stamp Duty payment.
The Reservation Fee is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price and is subject to a minimum payment.
Please note that it is separate to the purchase price.
