Register online and bid for your property
Firstly, you’ll need to register with us and then you’ll be ready to bid.
Look below at the buying process from registering as a buyer to completing your purchase.
1. Open an account with WillowMove
Your account lets you create watchlists of properties you like as well as peruse their Buyer Information Packs and follow the bidding process.
2. Find your ideal property
Now, you can browse through the amazing auction properties on the WillowMove platform. You can search for properties in your area or filter by price.
3. Research the property
We advise you to look through the Buyer Information Pack, book a viewing and do your own research. You may want to discuss this with your solicitor. You’ll need to make sure that you can afford the Reservation Fee or Deposit and meet the Auction Terms and Conditions.
4. Register to bid
Log into your account, find the property and press ‘register to bid’. You will be asked for some personal information and to agree to the Auction Terms and Conditions before being approved to bid.
5. Bidding live
You’ll receive an email approving you as a bidder! Whenever you place a bid, you will be shown a breakdown of the fees you’ll need to pay if your bid is successful. If anyone bids in the last minute, the timer will reset to 5 minutes to let you place your bid fairly. If you are busy, you might want to set up automatic bidding. This will let the system bid in increments of minimum £500 every time you are outbid. You will set the maximum bid you are willing to go to.
6. Congratulations!
Your bid is the winning bid!
If your bid is the highest and secures the property, we will contact you to explain the next step of the process. You will need to pay either the Reservation Fee or Reservation Deposit. Remember to instruct your solicitor as the process is fast. You will have 56 days to complete the purchase once you receive the draft contracts
We will contact you straightaway to verify your ID. You will receive an email with a link to carry out a standard ID check.
Then you will become the owner of your very own property!
